Approval
Every action is put to you for approval before it is carried out.
An AI that triggers things needs clear limits. At Genow, approval is not a switch bolted on afterwards but the normal case: you see exactly what is about to happen before it happens.
- Nothing goes out unseen. Emails, CRM changes and filings are prepared and wait for your yes.
- Permissions come from your systems. Genow sees and may do exactly what the signed-in person sees and may do.
- Routine may stay routine. Uncritical steps can be approved standing per team: a deliberate decision, never a silent one.
- Everything stays traceable. Who triggered what and when is in the log, including the steps that ran automatically.
