Genow is redefining how enterprises interact with data through generative AI. As Sales Manager, you'll play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying opportunities, shaping customer relationships, and positioning our AI solutions with clarity and impact.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to close, with a focus on enterprise clients
  • Understand customer needs and translate technical capabilities into business value
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to refine positioning and GTM strategy
  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline using CRM tools and outbound efforts
  • Represent Genow at meetings, demos, and industry events

Requirements

  • Proven track record in B2B tech sales, ideally in SaaS or AI-related domains
  • Strong communication and consultative selling skills, especially with technical buyers
  • Comfortable working in early-stage environments with evolving products and processes
  • Familiarity with sales tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and a data-driven approach
  • Bonus: Experience selling AI, data, or developer-oriented products
